The Pre-1975 dual steel framed/wall buildings manual is a guideline for modelling and assessing the current seismic capacity of pre-1975 steel and reinforced concrete framed buildings, and advises on selection and performance of appropriate retrofit methods. The manual also provides experimental test results to assist intepretation.
